I believe that fitness is for every body and is accessible to us anywhere. Every single person has the ability to move and heal and become stronger. Our bodies hold our stories of trauma and healing and strength, it is our job to become aware of our bodies and to transform the places of trauma, have gratitude for those spaces which have healed and celebrate the places of strength. I like to look at the whole body, both physically and energetically, and find a way to help you find your way to a more natural state of being. It is my belief that truly no matter your age, weight, size or shape you can move. I love to individuals find means to move and feel good physically, mentally and energetically and together work towards building better and more consistent habits.

Personal Training

Find a place that works to meet and/or zoom is always an option as well. Finding ways to make the most of your time. Message me for my reasonable pricing and package options.

Small Groups Training

Build your own group of friends and I will come to you or up to 3 can come to me. Accountability is even better with numbers and most things are more fun with friends.


I love working 1-1 with clients building or beginning their yoga practice. Let’s get you started or find ways to help you build your yoga foundation.
